What is Xtreme Encounters?
We are a group of God-chasers who are determined to encounter Him. We are
chasing Jesus with all that we are. We have all been hurt in some way by the church,
but the current state of the church is no reflection on who Jesus Christ is. He is
GOOD! And He LOVES US!! We want to see others who have been hurt by church
and church leadership healed and to help them fall in love with the Lord all over again.
Currently, we are an overflow room for the Great Florida Outpouring in Lakeland, Florida
with Todd Bentley. We are seeing people healed in our meetings here in
Albuquerque. We are currently meeting daily at 5 pm to catch the God TV broadcast
and share in the outpouring. If you can't make it to Lakeland, "come get you some"
here with us!!!!!

April 2, 2008 Todd Bentley began a five day meeting at Ignited Church in Lakeland,
Florida. On April 3, 2008, he had an angelic visitation from "Winds of Change" and
the nature of the meetings changed. The presence of the Lord intensified and
people began to be healed dramatically.
Since then, the meetings outgrew Ignited Church, outgrew Auburndale Life Church
and is now located in the Lakeland Center. They were at the Lakeland Airport the
weekend of May 10, 2008, and saw about 15,000 people a night there.
There have been numerous people healed, as in walking out of their wheelchairs
healed. People have brought documentation to the meetings showing they had
cancer and not don't, had Hepatitis C and now don't, had whatever and now don't.
Hundreds of people have been saved. One worker there told me when I was in
Lakeland that she had led over 1,000 people to the Lord since this began. I know of
another group who saw 220 people come to Jesus in a single day.
This has been spreading. Morningstar Ministries (Rick Joyner) had two students go to
Lakeland and brought it back to Morningstar. They have been in extended meetings
since late April. You can see what is going on in their meetings here.
There have been people coming from all over the world to take this back to their
churches. There have been reports of outbreaks in Ireland, England, Washington
State, California, Kansas City, Missouri and other places.
This is showing all the signs of being the beginning of something that looks very
much like the Great Awakenings of centuries past in this nation. LET IT COME
LORD!!!
